– The classic nursery rhyme is adapted into the Spanish version in which many letters have two syllables instead of one and we also have the letter Ñ, so the exact English “melody” has a few changes in Spanish. –
The letter “W” is also known as “doble ve” in some Hispanic countries and as “uve doble” in Spain.
– The letters “CH” and “LL” were excluded from the Spanish ABC by the “Real Academia Española”. More info: http://www.rae.es/consultas/exclusion…
– The letters “V” and “W” are called different in Spain. V in Spain is “uve” and W is called “uve doble”.
Enjoy!
